Here at Cedar Green Living Center we are an income based community. The HUD Section 8 rental assistance program is designed to meet the needs of people with various levels of income.

Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have.

Family Living

Our spacious 1,2- and 3-bedroom apartments boast fully equipped kitchens, updated bathrooms and central heat and AC. Each building has its own laundry facilities. Children can play in our playground and well-maintained grounds. We are pet friendly!

Our on-site management and maintenance personnel are ready to assist you in any way possible to ensure your comfort and security. Your family is important to us, you can rest assured with our 24-hour emergency maintenance.
